Booking Information
Course fees
The fee should accompany the written course booking. A receipted VAT invoice will be forwarded by return.
When courses are being booked with a short lead-time our normal terms and conditions apply however in addition, upon notification of your wish to attend and our confirmation of place availability you will be issued with a pro-forma invoice. Settlement MUST be by return, failure to do so may mean that someone else is given your place. You may contact us by email at info@prhurt.com.
Fees include tuition, refreshments, and appropriate course materials.
Withdrawal of delegates
If a delegate is unable to attend, another nominee may fill the booked place, provided P&R Hurt is informed in advance of the course.
In common with other training organisations the following cancellation charges apply if a course place is cancelled:
Up to 6 weeks before the course | 25% of the course fee |
Up to 3 weeks before the course | 50% of the course fee |
Less than 2 weeks before the course | 100% of the course fee |
In addition to the above ANY examination charges and fees must be paid for. In most cases i.e. City & Guilds, EMTA and CompEx fees are deducted directly from our bank account by the examination body and are non-returnable. You will therefore be liable to pay in full for any examination you have been entered for from the entry date, which is usually the day you make the booking.
Joining instructions
Full details will be sent to the company contact for distribution to the delegates(s) prior to the commencement of the course.
Course cancellation
P&R Hurt reserves the right to cancel courses owing to inadequate numbers, or for unforeseen circumstances. Course fees already paid will be refunded in such cases, or nominees transferred to a later course at no extra charge.
